Get to Know Me

With a background as a surgical nurse and a decade in international marketing, I uniquely fuse clinical precision with spiritual wisdom.

Facilitating Yoga, Pilates and Breathing Sessions for almost 20 years, I synthesize global lineages—including Anusara, Jivamukti, Embodied Flow™, and Iyengar—into a transformative practice. (E-RYT 500)

I  bridge the gap between ancient traditions and modern neuroscience. Certified in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga, I specialize in somatic movements that shift the body from stress into "Ventral Vagal" safety.

My sessions integrate Vinyasa and/or fluid movements, breathing, Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga and Tantric philosophy to build physical and mental resilience.

Also certified as a Somatic Therapist, I studied with Neurosystemics™ and Organic Intelligence™ and I am currently adding to my knowledge the expertise of Developmental Trauma studying with NARM™ (Neuro Affective Relational Model) and Dr. Frank Anderson.

"In my yoga sessions, I invite you to cultivate deep awareness through the intentional use of your breath, building the mental and physical resilience needed to navigate life with grace.

As a somatic therapist specializing in developmental trauma, I am honored to hold a compassionate, safe space that prioritizes your agency, empowering you to reclaim your power both on and off the mat.

Through a practice that is joyful, fluid, and powerful, you can explore your inner world of Inspiration, Creativity, and Love through the profound science of Yoga." — Stéphanie
